Long term Contract
� 12+ years of experience in test automation knowledge with deep knowledge on Java, Selenium, API, backend automation .Should be familiar with conventional and non-conventional tool stacks.
� Good to have knowledge on AI/ML solutions and hands-on experience in implementing quality BOTS would be added advantage.
� Design & implement the shift-left test automation strategy and align to the organization/customer engineering objectives.
� Should possess excellent verbal and written communication.
� Evaluate, recommend, and select market-leading frameworks and tools across all levels of testing that integrate in the automated CI/CD pipeline
� Effective contribution towards enhancing and implementing automation tools and utilities .
� Partner with Development/DevOps engineers to fully automate testing throughout the release & delivery processes in the CI/CD pipeline.
� Participate in product design reviews ensuring quality practices are baked into the software testing life cycle.
� Work with internal teams to document test environment and test data management strategies and provisioning for the different types of testing activities.
� Ability to assess, comprehend and decompose user stories/requirements to identify what tests need to be created and automated across all levels of testing.
� Help create a culture that motivates teams towards test automation implementation.
� Work across teams to understand enterprise quality requirements and ensure adoption of core processes and standards.
� Be an advocate that mentors and guides others across the organization on best testing practices, techniques, and strategies.
� Prepare, communicate, and deliver technical presentations related to the test automation solution that is tailored to the audience.
