Detailed Job Description:
Senior Developer with expertise in Core Java, JEE and open-source frameworks. At least 7-8 years of Industry experience who can work in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, assimilating large amounts of information quickly.
Degree Required: Bachelors Degree
Skills List:
- Expert in Design skills.
- Sound understanding of Design patterns.
- Design, develop documents and analyze overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software requirements.
- Knowledge of development techniques.
- Proficient in Open Source technologies.
- Well versed in architecting appealing rich user interfacing applications with very good usability.
- Expert in Core Java/JEE.
- Good track record in terms of using open source frameworks and tools.
- Expert level knowledge in terms of integrating Java/JEE systems with other technologies.
- Experience in Web services and service oriented environment.
- Guru in Business and Integration tiers with very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate and JPA.
- Very Strong in terms of refactoring, best coding practices and code organization.
- Good working knowledge of Oracle database.
- Working knowledge of Maven build process, Cruise Control and version control systems like Subversion
- Hands on experience in Unix/Linux and Shell scripting.
- Comfortable working with remote teams.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
