Candidate Responsibilities
Actively participate in daily and weekly Scrum ceremonies; develop solutions in Java, Python, SQL, or YAML based on User Story requirements; actively participate in on-line code reviews with peers; leverage CI/CD for delivery of work
Typical Day
Will be remote until CAT Reopens.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in Java development
3+ years of experience in writing and deploying code in AWS
Proven experience in:
Batch or stream processing systems such as Apache Spark, Flink, Akka, Storm
Message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMq, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, Apache ActiveMQ, Kinesis
Datastores such as Redis and Elasticsearch
Cucumber as a testing tool and it's integration into CI/CD pipelines
Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum)
Nice to have:
3+ years of experience in Python, SQL, or Scala development
Soft Skills
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving and technical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated strong initiative with an ability to work independently
