The Directory Services Engineer's role is to support, monitor and maintain Infrastructure Technologies including but not limited to Active Directory and Domain Controller Infrastructure, Azure AD, Azure SSO, ADFS, LDAP, Terminal Services and third tier workstation support, where appropriate. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading the various tools and equipment while ensuring optimal performance and operations, in support of 24 X 7 business processes. This individual will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user assistance where required. They will be working in a team environment handling a daily Service Now Incident and Service Request Queue and will support change requests as needed.
Experience:
� Technical knowledge of network and directory services components.
� Experience with Azure AD, Azure SSO and ADFS
� Experience working with Active Directory Infrastructure and support of Domain Controllers
� Experience working with GPO's and migration from Login scripts
� PowerShell scripting experience is beneficial.
� Hands-on Software/Hardware troubleshooting experience.
� Able to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation.
� Ability to conduct research into system infrastructure performance issues and products as required.
� Strong written and oral communication skills.
� Self-motivated and directed.
� Keen attention to detail.
� Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
� Strong customer-service orientation.
