I am trying to fill up a consulting position for one of our major clients for an important project. More about the project details are given below:

Position:1

Role:  Scrum Master (Junior profile) (H1B)
Location: Bloomington - IL
Duration: Long Term

JD:

• Stand-up’s - Facilitate daily stand-ups (or the daily scrum) as needed.
• Involve in Iteration/sprint planning meetings
• Aid in estimation and sub task creation.
• Sprint reviews – Participate in the meeting and capture feedback.
• Retrospectives – Note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.
• Board administration – Work as the administrator of the scrum board. Ensure that cards are up to date and the scrum tool,
• Jira software or otherwise, is working well.
• 1 on 1s – Meet individually with team members and stakeholders as needed.
• Face-to-face interactions with specific team members. May decide that these individual interactions are crucial for team development and getting to know one another.
• Prepared to consult with team members and internal stakeholders on how best to work with the scrum team.
• Reporting – Regular analysis of burn down charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what gets built and at what cadence.
• Blockers – To Aid the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.

Position:2

Role:  Project Manager
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: Long Term

JD:

• Define and manage project scope according to the PMO project delivery framework and adhere to PMO governance  controls
• Create and maintain project plan and RAID log
• Develop and implement governance communication plans and project schedules
• Identification of roles and responsibilities for the project
• Responsible for overall delivery of the project
• Manage Risks Issues dependencies effectively and communicate to the XLCS management as needed
• Manage stakeholders timelines costs scope and quality
• Monitor and control the project
• Report project status to project sponsor project stakeholders and GT management
• Coordinate with Release and Change Management teams and other client stakeholders as needed
• Prepare project closure report upon completion of the project

Position:3

Role:  SAP PP/QM Consultant with EWM knowledge
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: Long Term

JD:

• 10+ Years of SAP PP/QM Experience with strong focus on SAP EWM (L2/L3 Level Activities)
• EWM knowledge is a must as the client is in progress for a large EWM implementation and hence this knowledge will be an added advantages
• Primary skill of the consultant will be either PP or QM resources with a secondary skill is EWM
• Activities applicable to all Nestle projects
• Support system mapping and configuration
• Assess and document development requests
• Execute test scripts for MIT(Market Integration Test)/MAT(Market Acceptation test)- Regression and Pre-production scenarios testing
• Troubleshoot issues
• Support data/system validation for go-live cutover
• Assist on technical issues during go-live hyper care
