Candidate need to be 10-15 years of experience
- Should a very strong communication skills
- Should have played client facing roles – both Technical and Business teams
- Should be a team player
- Should be a very good hands-on skills. Should be capable of coding on regular basis
- Should have worked in Large Development projects
- Should Have a very strong trouble-shooting skills
- Should be flexible to experiment in new technical areas as per the need of the clients
- Strong hands-on in Java with Multi-threading  & Concurrency , Collection Framework
- Strong hands on in Coherence Cache
- Strong hands-on in Spring
- Strong hands-on in Spring Boot
- Strong hand-on to create Fault Tolerant & Scalable Services
- Strong hands on JMS (IBM MQ/Solace)
- Strong hands-on ORM (Hibernate)
- Good hands-on on PL/SQL
