� Expertise in IT Service Management
� Strong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and concisely
� Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and application navigation
� Strong ability to align business process and requirements with a technical implementation
� Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
� Strong requirements gathering experience

Experience & Certifications:
� 5+ years overall experience as a ServiceNow Solution and hands on implementation
� Minimum one of the certifications is required:

o Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery
o Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management
o Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management
o ITIL Foundation
