Required Technical Skills:
1. Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Multithreading and Unix
2. Hibernate - Rest based Web services - Relational database
3. knowledge/SQL - DB2 preferred
4. Agile/DevOps experience - Analytical / Quantitative
5. Background (Advanced degree in Quant Finance, Math, Physics or Engineering)
Required Skills:
1. Minimum 9+ years of progressive experience developing software using Java
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
3. Experience perform unit testing and troubleshooting java applications
4. Prior knowledge implementing design patterns in Java
5. Proven communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
6. Ability to multi-task and work against deadlines/priorities
7. A sense of ownership and desire to take on an expanded role over time
