Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
8 + years hands on experience in the role of Support lead handling in L2/L3 support operations leading a team of 10 plus in geographically distributed work locations.
MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in production support preferably of .NET applications.
-3 years of experience in VB.NET/ASP.NET/C sharp development.
-2 year of experience in MS SQL or Oracle SQL/PL SQL.
- Experience in Level 2 and Level 3 support environment handing Incidents, Problems and Changes and perform application monitoring/health checks.
- Hands-on Experience in analyzing incidents for resolution and perform code fixes.
- Experience in driving Incident Triage calls for incident resolution and closure
- Experience in Incident handling tools like SMC or Remedy or HP ALM.
Having good knowledge on ITIL, ITSM
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
Good communication skills to interact with clients and other teams to drive automation initiatives
Exposure/Experience in DEV OPS operating model.
Experince/Exposure in TFS
ITIL and Agile Certification will be an added advantage.
Should be flexible to work on weekends/shifts in case situation demands.
