Job Description:
1. Expertise in IT Service Management
2. Strong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and concisely
3. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and application navigation
4. Strong ability to align business process and requirements with a technical implementation
5. Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
6. Strong requirements gathering experience
7. UI Development
� Native UI
� Service Portal
� Workspace (Angular)
8. Integrations and Orchestration
� REST and API
� Authentication and Authorization (Basic, OAuth, API Keys, etc.)
� MID Server integrations
� IntegrationHub, Spokes, and Flow
9. Scripting
� JavaScript
� Web Services
� HTML
� CSS
Experience & Certifications:
1. 5+ years overall experience as a ServiceNow Solution and hands on implementation
2. Minimum one of the certifications is required:
� Certified Implementation Specialist - Application Portfolio Management
� Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery
� Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management
� Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management
� ITIL Foundation
