Roles and Responsibilities
� Participate in Modernization Assessments
� Review application technology stack and categorize application in modernization track
� Review app intake Assessment
� Review documentation including Questionnaire, checklist items and AIF submitted by application team
� Attend discovery meeting
� Contribute to Modernization Solution Designs and Estimates
� Run discovery tools to pre-populate Application Information Form (AIF)
� Review updated Application Information Form (AIF) by App owner
� Collect App and Data Base usage data
� Develop or Contribute to End state (Azure) Architecture and Design (ADS)
� Review ADS - how app should look in Azure
� Perform Modernization Design Execution and Implementation
� Review and collaborate on User stories EFU (Epic Feature User)
� Cost Estimation (utilization and conversion estimate)
� Contribute and review High-level plan that outlines the key milestones of modernization effort and the proposed timeline for implementation
� Schedule Architectural Design Sessions (ADS) discuss with app team how the app will be hosted in Azure
� Develop Modernization Execution tooling, templates, custom images, automation, and repeatable patterns
� Participate in Modernization Review Board (MRB) reviews to provide feedback or acceptance
� Perform Modernization solution deployment and provisioning augmented support
� Initiate necessary binary, source code requests for Application and Database installation
