�         Required Skills: Have experience in architecting and design the bigdata platform  �         Strong foundational knowledge and experience with distributed systems �         Broad understanding and experience of real-time analytics, NoSQL data stores, data modeling, database design and data management �         Experience with a range of big data architectures, including  Hadoop, Kafka,Hive, HBASE,Spark or other big data frameworks �         Able to deal with ambiguity and make quality decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment �         Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and thrive in a cross-functional matrix environment �         Able to quickly learn new technologies as they become prevalent �         Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions �         Good communication skills communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) �         Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
