Title: UI/ UX Product Design Engineers
Location: Fremont, CA
Responsibilities:
? Take broad, complex business problems and turn them into valuable solutions for our internal users and partners.
? Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
? Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with your product team and stakeholders.
? Solicit feedback often to continually raise our bar for quality.
? Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Partner Managers and Business Leads to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch.
? Conduct in-depth user research to inform product strategy, requirements and roadmap priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
? 3+ years of application design experience
? 3+ years of visual design experience
? 3+ years of interaction design experience
? 3+ years of strategic product thinking and vision experience
? Experience in shipping applications or software
? Provide URL featuring examples of interaction design work
? Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience with front-end programming
? Experience designing business-to-business application
