- 5-8 years of experience as eComm Site Reliability Engineer.
- Should have experience in Implementing, Analyzing, Troubleshooting, Administrating and Supporting 24/7 of large-scale distributed web applications.
- Production-level experience in Java, microservices (Spring boot), AWS Cloud, Relational & NoSQL Database.
- Strong Ability to Debug and Automate routine task using Unix/Linux Commands, Python/Perl/Shell Scripting and SQL Queries.
- Experience in using tools like Splunk, Akamai & Datameer.
- Experience in improving software reliability, through the use of monitoring, alerting and documentation.
- Proven capability and work in automation and data-driven analysis.
- Experience and proficiency with server clusters, load balancing, monitoring.
- Experience as a conduit between operations and development teams
- Experience in using ticketing tool to manage Incidents, Problems, Change request and Service requests.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
