Position: Java Full stack Lead Engineer 

Job Type: Full time/Direct Hire Job 

Locations: Hoboken, NJ (Remote till Covid situation get slow down) 

 

Qualifications: 

Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (master's degree or related technical training and management training education or experience preferred) 
• 10 or more years on Java/j2ee technologies and experience in Mango DB and AWS 
• Must be proficient in Java, No SQL databases, AWS. 
• Proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects teams through the full software development life cycle to deliver business goals and requirements 
• Work closely with Off-shore development team and track the outputs the team is producing. 
• Perform routine Code Reviews, ensure test coverage and provide feedback for improvements. 
• Review the development of specific features including software engineering, QA, and documentation. 
• Work closely with Software Development Managers and architects to develop optimal software architectures. 
• Work with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines. 
• Hands-on experience with building scalable, highly performant, global API's. 
• Solid understanding of Design Patterns and event driven architecture is a must. 
• Address and resolve software performance issues. 
• Document and follow best practices and coding standards. 
• Experience with Microservices architecture. 

 

Other requirements: 

• Knowledge of JavaScript frames (React Js, AngularJs) would be a plus 
• Great communication skills.
