- Should have skills in writing database queries, procedures, and functions
- Functional and technical skill requirements
- Experience utilizing Wireless network architecture, technologies, and concepts.
- Experience utilizing Java Enterprise (J2EE).
- Experience utilizing HTML4 and HTML5 with CSS 2 and CSS 3.
- Experience utilizing Spring Model View Controller (MVC), Struts and JSF
- Experience utilizing WebLogic Web Services using JAX-RPC, REST and SOAP
- Excellent communication skills
