Need strong Java backend developer's profile.

Excellent communication skill: candidates need to communicate clearly on the assigned tasks, where they are, and if any issues they might face.
Team player, someone who won’t miss deadline on their own assignment but will put the team first.
Go getter. It doesn’t matter what the assignment is (be it testing or documenting or troubleshooting or coding), the candidate should have the mentality of “I’m going to get this done one way or another”.
Good Java knowledge.
Big Data experience is a plus.
