Job Description :-
Primary - Java, Groovy, Spring Boot, XML, XSLT, JSON, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Oracle
Secondary - PCF, RabbitMQ, ReactJS, Rally, Jenkins, CI/CD, SONIC
Responsibilities:
- Onsite - Offshore Coordination for resolving production Incidents and deliver work packets effectively.
- Review Development work
- Develop and Unit test the code changes
- Estimate the tickets/work packets and work with client manager to plan the delivery schedule
- Work on high priority issues/User queries
- Technical support for Application in production
- Coordinating with team to analyze defects and quick resolution
- Managing and communicating status to Onsite Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Co-ordinate with other service provider and integration owners to make sure the applications are up and running
- Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
- Experience in working with customer directly is a plus Proficient in written and spoken English
