Job Title: Lab System Support Analyst
Location: Pasadena, CA (Remote till Covid)
Role: 12+ Months Contract (C2C is accepted)
1. Lab system administration and support via Ticketing system. Receive request for help, user access request form, etc.
2. Collaborate with Lab analysts / end users to confirm problem/request.
3. Work to resolve the issue or complete request, either in person or remotely as applicable – referencing SOPs for procedural guidelines.
4. If changes to the system are required, consult with equipment owner and Quality Assurance representative.
5. Complete change / required documentation.
6. Resolve request in the ticketing system.
