JD:

Retail Stores domain is mandatory ( Candidate on Retail stores and not just retail)
 
Service Delivery Management expertise in Application Support space 
Contract Management
Hands on approach to problem solving and Functional Analysis
Experience with Transition management
Background in Concur, ADP, Vertex products are strong plus
