- SAFe experience preferred
- Possess strong presentation & communication skills, with both technical and business audiences
- Possesses a “business mindset” to understand operational objectives by studying business functions, evaluating how technology can enable efficiencies, and support epic, feature, story decomposition to drive digital transformations
- Proven experience with the Scrum delivery model, with strengths in the product roles
- Ability to partner with Operational Business Leads to understand business goals and supports story alignment activities
- Ability to design solutions by analyzing requirements constructing people, process and technology visuals (Design Thinking skills preferred)
- Ability to improve business outcomes by studying current practices, identifying areas of opportunity, and proposing design modifications to delivery tangible value
