Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications:
� 7+ years of relevant Wireless, Engineering or IT work experience.
� 5+ years supporting advanced wireless deployments, related to any of the CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G technologies
� Extensive experience performing wireless surveys and RF optimization tests
� Extensive experience working with wireless technologies such as Cisco and Aruba
o Currently running Cisco 6903's looking to move to Cisco 9300's
o Experience with both Cisco and Aruba controllers highly desires
� Extensive experience performing wireless surveys and RF optimization tests
� Strong working knowledge installing, configuring, and supporting Wireless LAN Hardware products and complex network environments
� Wireless knowledge with network design, operational support, hands-on implementation and configuration of routers, switches, Controllers, Access points, and cabling in a large enterprise LAN/WAN /WLAN environment
� Additional experience with at least one of the following: Aruba, Mist or Arista would be plus
� Solid understanding of Wireless Core Network Architecture and Radio Access Network.
� Solid understanding of data communication principles, including OSI and TCP/IP protocol models, including network security for both wireless and wireline networks.
� RFI responsibilities - position will help develop, write, and refine current WiFI 6 and Cellular Integration RFI to evaluate Cisco (Meraki), Aruba, Mist, and Arista as MSK's new Wireless Network provider along with carriers.
o Help write and "sharpen" requirements
o Help evaluate and analyze multiple vendor and responses
o Participate in decision making process
o Look at infrastructure controllers
o Assessments on both building and clinical space/floors
o Cloud vs Onsite Managed Solution
o Be part of Pilot once decision is made
� Must have excellent communication skills, writing skills, and the ability to work with team members at all levels
