Our client, a leading Financial Services company is hiring a SSO Specialist on a long term contract basis.
Work Location: New York, NY
The role is responsible for providing federated identity and single-sign-on solutions. These solutions will range from standard to complex solutions enabling access between users, corporate applications and cloud providers. The successful candidate will help to architect and implement these solutions in collaboration with technical teams in Technology and Business groups
Work closely with product managers and information security teams to define SSO requirements, design architecture, develop solutions and create support documentation
Participate in troubleshooting with vendors and clients
Provide support for infrastructure, responding to escalations from production management operation
Provide strategic guidance to engineering teams on industry best practices and trends for SSO
Serve as the subject matter expert for SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth2technologies
Direct experience with the PingIdentity suite of federation tools is ideal, but experience with other vender tools is sufficient. The position is within an agile team implementing DevOps principles.
Additional skills:
Experience with software delivery processes within a security landscape
Experience with automation and continuous integration
Experience with components of software delivery process like Jira, Git, Jenkins, Crucible, etc
Experience with at least one of the scripting languages like Python, Perl
Good understanding of software deployment processes
Good understanding of Unix / Linux operating systems and System administration skills. .
