Job Description:

5 - 8 years of experience working in SAP technologies and BASIS line of work.
Looking for a highly qualified expert with skills in SAP Solution Manager application area required to deliver functionality that meets business defined goals.
This individual will be responsible for building solutions using SAP Solution Manager process design, setup, and deployment methodologies.
This position will require strong consulting skills and expertise to understand complex SAP solution designs.
Responsibilities:

Technical:

Designs, implements and tests ALM functionalities of SAP Solution Manager like Change and Release Management, ITSM, E2E monitoring, CTS+, NWDI, etc.
Responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP Solution Manager landscapes including understanding of integration to third party tools such as HP ALM, JAVA based application development platforms, etc.
Review project requirements and identify gaps in the functionality of the Solution Manager application in the project management, testing, and monitoring areas.
Initiates, coordinates, and delivers system development changes and implementation
Work closely with SAP Solution Manager technical developers to ensure accuracy and timely code delivery that matches both designs and requirements.
Contributes towards developing overall SAP Solution Manager strategy roadmap and implementation timelines.
Consults on enhancements to SAP platforms with correct use of SAP Solman.
Understands SLD strategy and documentation.
Work closely with SAP Security and Release Management teams, help resolve system issues, and answers to inquiries from technical and business teams.
Troubleshoots system related issues and communicates effectively to technical and business areas.
Team management:

Educate Junior team members, contribute to the SAP Demo-Landscape and Peer Review activities
Manage day to day operations
Manage distribution of activities to the team
Able to coach and motivate the team
Qualifications

Minimum skills required:

Service Desk and Test Suite Management applications in Solution Manager
Project management setup using Solman for Business process documentation
CHARM setup
EWA setup
Basic Solman setup
Remote system monitoring setup
Preferred:

Prior experience with BPM and BPA setup
Experience with any of the applications ILM or DVM, Hybris, WCMS, Backoffice, Cockpits would be a plus
Minimum Relevant Experience:

5+ years working on SAP Solman
Understanding of SAP best practice
Techno-functional professional experience with at least 2+ full life cycle SAP implementation and 1+ support
Able to do root cause analysis on Solman issue
Able to report both verbally and in writing to executive level
Should be open to learn new products and take additional responsibilities

This position will serve as a Senior Business analyst for Treasury’s highly complex tax systems and other Treasury applications for the Bureau of Local Government, Tax Compliance, Tax Processing, Collections and others. Performs business analyst duties related to the design, development, enhancement, implementation and maintenance of applications and systems for these Bureaus. Serves as a technical consultant to Treasury clients to develop solutions to streamline critical business processes according to Treasury’s strategic plan. This position is integral to developing and maintaining Treasury’s automated processes, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity, and securing Treasury systems. Position performs as an information technology professional participating in a variety of analytical assignments that provide for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of Department of Treasury’s information systems. The Office of Information Services (OIS) is a shared service provider for the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and Department of Human Services (DHS). OIS provides the technology systems and services that support more than 11,000 OHA and DHS agency staff at local offices and facilities around the state. These systems and services help the two agencies determine client service program eligibility; provide medical, housing, food and job assistance; provide addiction, mental health, vocational and rehabilitative services; protect children, seniors and people with physical and/or developmental disabilities; process claims and benefits; manage provider licensing and state hospital facilities; and promote and protect the state public health.        

OIS seeks a Project Manager IV to provide expert support in Microsoft Project and Office 365 for the IE Project.

 
Scope:

The Integrated Eligibility (IE) Project and associated subprojects (Legacy, Disaster Recovery, Data Conversion) are large bodies of work and are collectively Oregon’s largest active IT project. These projects utilize staff from multiple agencies, as well as multiple contractors. Further, there are overlapping priorities from other DHS and Oregon Health Authority (OHA) projects, and ongoing maintenance and operations work.

IE is an expansion of Oregon's Affordable Care Act Compliant Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) Medicaid eligibility determination system, called OregONEligibility (or ONE) for the Oregon Health Authority (OHA). The IE Project goal is to have a single system where an Oregonian can express information about themselves and members of their household and be determined eligible for multiple health and human service programs â€" both DHS and OHA programs. At the end of the IE Project, Oregonians will be able to apply online for benefits seven days a week and caseworkers will be able to focus on the care coordination activities for clients rather than on data entry across multiple systems.

The Project Manager position will specifically focus on developing and refining project planning and scheduling to increase efficiency and accuracy within the Project Management Office.

 Tasks:
