� Manual testing for Webex Platform enhancements with a focus on Healthcare usage
� Join a Cisco development team to assist with pre-release regression, new feature testing, and non-happy path testing
� Defect creation and management using Jira
� Work closely with developer's to close out / approve defect resolutions
