Role: Java Developer + Mobile Support Analyst
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: Long Term
JD:
· experience on Java/J2ee, pl-sql, ms-sql server
· Experience with web service integration with mobile application.
· experience on Android or iOS coding. Kony exp is must
· Good communication skill and prior customer handling experience preferred
· Previous experience in user/technical application support/training
· Provide client support and technical issue resolution
· review analytics dashboard, review google play store update
· have experience on mobile app deployment process
· Have experience on integration with mobile app with other system like payment
· To perform analysis and determine client problems, and document these issues
· To assist customers for the purpose of improving processes related to system issues
· To maintain error logs in coordination with IT departments, and to maintain resolution reports, too
· To offer recommendations — based on various metrics — on how to improve the support process in its entirety
· Examine evidence to determine the best strategy for exploitation, in consultation with other subject matter experts as needed.
· Work together in a team.
· Experience in working in Agile project

Role: SAP HANA Consultants with MTD module Experience
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Long Term
JD:
| 1. Minimum 5-8 Yrs of HANA experience 2. Experience in working with business directly 3. Experience in working as a Business Analyst with SAP functional knowledge 4. Build calculation views in HANA to help reporting as applicable. 5. Very strong hands on knowledge on Native HANA and working on calculation views, workbench etc. 6. Very good functional knowledge on MTD value stream. 7. Understanding of functional tables and work with value stream team and map S4 info into Legacy table. Work with business and legacy system team and map these columns. Also work with build team and map them to the old structure. 8. Bring data from S4 and map it to legacy tables. 9. Gathering reporting requirements (new development of existing legacy reports or retouch existing sector specific reports) for different value streams. 10. Triage request and work with factory team at offshore to help cascade the requirements, enabling report / dashboard build 11. Manage respective teams, report, and resolve problems as agreed upon by the Project Managers 12. Host and lead Project reviews and status meetings 13. Attend and prepare for scheduled Project meetings 14. Review Deliverables and Accept 15. Bridge between business and technical teams |
