Job Title: Release Manager (Mobile IOS/Android developer experience)
Locations: REMOTE
Duration: 12 Month (Contract to Hire)
Why is this role open?
� This global enterprise financial organization needs a Release Manager (Mobile Dev experience) to manage the development and production of a newly released mobile application, the day to day activity under customer management, in an Agile commercial model environment.
� Mobile IOS/Android development experience - Mandatory
� Large scale global enterprise compliance and regulation/regulatory experience (where data is stored decisions)
� Financial experience - Mandatory
� Must be interested in working in a global financial institution
� Mobile development for a messaging application for company employees will use to receive "contact-less" communications, updates via mobile device. This application hooks into back end processes, internal application, native.
� Need to push the application into full life cycle
� Ideal candidates will be in the CST, EST time zones for customer support
� Agile
� Candidates should expect to work overtime hours
Qualifications:
� 3-5 years of experience in Software Development managing build and release processes for large, enterprise applications and cloud-based
� Good understanding of entire lifecycle from code, build, integration validation, unit testing, release management and deployment.
� Experience in build tools
� Experience in Scripting Languages like python, Perl, Shell.
� Experience with Amazon AWS products and solutions
� Good understanding Unix/Linux operating systems
� CICD experience
� Public and Private cloud
� Build custom scripts for alerting and monitoring of server and applications
� Familiarity with containerization technologies such as docker or Kubernetes
� Strong communication skills both verbally AND written is required.
