Position: Web Server Admin (Java)
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Duration: Contract

Webserver Administration - Nginx / Apache
Java/J2EE -Standard request/response frameworks
Web services - SOAP and/or RESTful API's
scripting languages - Bash, Perl, lua
ANSI SQL database skills -Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server

OS -Linux
Job Description:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business software application design, development, and/or installation in Integration area.
Experience with Multi-tiered backend Java/J2EE skills with standard request/response frameworks
Serve as initial point of contact for website related issues
Triage issues and partner with other Technology teams for issue resolution
Monitor website performance and proactively support overall stability
Support website configuration with interaction with Apache/Nginx
Administrative support with Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) for users and configuration
Help administer CI/CD Azure Dev Ops environment
Proactively recommend changes to ensure website reliability and security
Maintain documentation to reflect current web architecture and related system dependencies
Support regular penetration tests and vulnerability assessments against websites
Partner to develop website performance metrics

troubleshooting abilities for complex problem solving skills
Must have strong technical leadership skills and an outspoken person who can speak and coordinate with other teams.

Soft skills:

Must have very good written, verbal and presentation communication skills and English speaking skills.
Ability to coordinate with application teams, clients, account teams and be able to clearly explain the problem, solution, suggestions and provide status updates to client and other stakeholders.
Be able to work with other team members as a team and represent the team in professional manner.
