Client: Optum (UHG)
What is the specific title of the position? SQL Server DBAs
PROJECT: For E&I LOB DBA operation team as more applications are insourcing to Optum having big presence in SQL server. This DBA will be part of A SQL DBA team and responsible for multiple DB servers.
IDEAL BACKGROUND: Healthcare background is preferred, not required. Must have exposures to work in fairly large environment managing more than 100 databases or more.
TOP REQUIREMENTS: performance troubleshooting experience and automation.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? SQL Server
What skills/attributes are a must have? SQL Server DBA
What skills/attributes are nice to have? PowerShell knowledge
