Job Title: SME Java/J2EE Developer
Duration: Full Time
Location: Chicago, IL (Remote until Covid-19)
Required Technical Skill Set
Experience in Managing Onshore/Offshore model and HOTO protocols
Good understanding of business KPI's and P&L.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capacity work in fast paced environment that may change frequently.
Proficiency in Unix or any Operating system is a must.
Experience in JAVA/ J2EE. Proficiency in Spring Boot, Proficiency in
Micro Services.
Good to have Experience in C# and Realm. Experience in MongoDB,
oracle, Swift, GitHub, Casandra
ETL knowledge is an added advantage.
Experience of Cloud and Real time service monitoring tools an added
advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work in a fast paced environment
Understand End to End Application and Support it
Report to concerned development team for issue which are related to
code changes, Operational/Functional changes.
Adhere to the change management policies of the company and act
accordingly to deploy the changes into production.
Work on production incidents and Resolve them within SLA.
Prepare SOP and Knowledge documents for issues occurred during the
support.
Attending and Supporting the application during Major Production
incident/issue calls.
Work with various teams in troubleshooting the production issues.
Ensure the concerned system is free from issues and is operating fine.
Working in Real time customer faced environment prone to issue and
fix it on the fly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Be able to Provide 24X7 support and ensure flawless customer
delivery.
