Total Duration: 6 weeks

Location:- REMOTE

  1. Technical expertise in DocFinity v11.x (target DocFinity v11.6)
  2. Hands-on experience with upgrading DocFinity v9.x to v11.x
  3. Successfully implemented DocFinity v11.x upgrade projects for clients.  Government Healthcare clients a plus.
  4. Technical Lead with coding background preferred
  5. Comfortable working with remote teams
  6. A team player

 

Project is upgrading hardware and the technology stack (software)

 

As part of the technology stack upgrade, the Development and Infrastructure Teams have been tasked to:

  • Upgrade DocFinity v9.x to v11.x (current target v11.6)
  • Integrate DocFinity v11.x with Conduent's custom application, Health Enterprise (HE)
  • Transform Production and non-Production data to DocFinity v11.6 format
  • Migrate Production and non-Production data to their respective AK TSU environments

 

Because DocFinity v11.x is a new version with many new features, Client is requesting a technical Consultant/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the implementation.  The Consultant may also be required to perform different supporting tasks in order to meet milestone dates.

 

Scope of Work

  1. Confirm the scope of the DocFinity v11.6 upgrade is complete for:
    1. HE integration
    2. Application Interfaces
    3. Custom Utilities
    4. Reports
    5. Letters
    6. Scanner/OCR
    7. EDI/SDO Claims
    8. Printers
  2. Document the design, implementation approach, and As-Built setup
  3. Update the Project Manager/Delivery Team on progress
    1. Every effort should be made not to exceed milestone dates
  4. Provide clear, concise responses to technical questions from the teams and internal groups
  5. Provide guidance and Best Practices in the areas of:
    1. Architecture
    2. Design/Development
    3. Security/SSO/IAM
    4. Data transformation
    5. Data migration
  6. Issue resolution
    1. Work with the Development Team to prioritize issues and fixes
    2. Resolve issues
  7. Work with the Test Team/QA Team to validate:
    1. Test cases/scenarios
    2. Test results
  8. Provide status updates
