We are looking for a senior level candidate to be a developer or technical lead for IVR development with NICE In-Contact product. You will be responsible for customer experience improvements, integration, new feature development and integration with Salesforce. Some of your responsibilities may include: - CTI Integration and testing with Salesforce widget integration
- Create, update and modify Studio call flows, Call routing, Snippet, and Coding
- Creating and providing testing strategies/Methodologies in InContact IVR and guiding UAT testing Team
- Coordinating with backend system (Tomcat, Agent connect and DTS, etc.) for IVR integration via REST API
- Managing Admin, ACD, IVR, Reporting, skill-based routing, call flow, and scripting using Nice InContact Studio
- Create, update and modify Studio call flows, call routing, Snippet, and Coding to support required project stories in UAT, DEV, and PROD environment
REQUIREMENTS: - Solid understanding of the NICE InContact platform; Knowledge of designing and development of strategies & IVR coding through In-Contact Studio
- Knowledge of Design and development strategies & IVR coding through the in-Contact studio
- Knowledge in In-Contact cloud solutions, designing and development of strategies & IVR call flow coding through In-Contact Studio
