- 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and data solutions
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles, SQL, and experience working with large databases.
- Expertise in building data solutions and models with disparate data sources and high volumes.
- Nice to have experience building such solutions for a Customer Success organization.
- Ability to capture, document, and present requirements without any assistance.
- Demonstrated aptitude for risk identification and mitigation.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams in an agile environment across geographies and time zones is essential.
- Proven experience in delivering complex analysis within short time frames, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across technical and business teams.
- Technologies – Proficient in doing analysis on Teradata & Hive.
