Detailed Job Description
- Tier 2 support includes1 Following Standard Operating Procedures SOPs that are defined
- Point of contact for scheduled data integration jobs, report and dashboard extracts and addressing job failures due to known issues etc.
- Managing access requests
- Analyzing and addressing user queries that could not hitherto be answered by Tier1
- Activities related to change management progression Submit reports and dashboards to provide status of cases and efficiency of responses and resolution.
