Duties:
We are looking for an experienced Webinar Project Manager to join our Customer Success Marketing team. This person is responsible for leading Success Marketing webinars. In addition to executing the webinars, driving production schedules, and speaker coaching, this person is responsible for managing registration, surveying attendees, and launching follow-up communications. This person is also responsible for analyzing metrics, evaluating the overall effectiveness of delivered webinars, and creating metrics presentations.
This is a REMOTE position, and can be staffed from anywhere in the US.
Skills:
Must have hands-on expertise with a major webinar platform, such as INXPO/Intrado or ON24
Must be able to work on a small team, driving the end-to-end webinar production process
Has excellent interpersonal communication, relationship building, teamwork, and project management skills
Detail-oriented and organized, able to meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and pivot when necessary
