Location: Little Rock, AR
 Will work remote until office opens after COVID

Duration: Long term

With minimal supervision, the Technical Business Analyst will work with product managers, solutions architects, and developers to document requirements, help define scope and objectives and identify gaps between cross-functional teams in a fast paced, ever evolving work environment. This role will communicate these requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as analyze and communicate the business impacts to current modules, components, and processes.

 

Minimum Requirements:

*Must provide sample requirements they have written, provided with Resume for full candidacy consideration*

  • Self-motivated individual with at least 6+ years of directly related experience

Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Conduct meetings with technical and business stakeholders, product owners, team members and leadership and translate conversations and other collateral into formal requirements
  • Collaborate with product managers, solutions architects and developers to help with feature concepting, estimation, story writing, and requirements development
  • Collaborate across teams to create technical design documents/diagrams based on functional specifications
