Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing, developing and maintaining large-scale (Java/J2EE) web applications.
- Must have worked as a lead in multiple projects
- Must have top of the line communication sills
- Experience in implementation and upgrade of Java development and Enterprise Java Development projects.
- Core Java skills – Java 8
- Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience of a Multilanguage and multilocale platform
- Experience with testing frameworks (Maven, Git, Jira, JUnit/Selenium)
- Solid understanding of business knowledge in Inventory Management, Product Development Life Cycle (PLDC)
- In-depth knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL is a plus)
- In depth knowledge of Java EE web application servers, EE technologies (EJB, JSP, JMS, JNDI, etc.), open source frameworks (Spring, Spring MVC, and Hibernate), and open source tools (Log4j, Ant, Maven and Gradle)
- Knowledge of SDLC processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.), and operational experience with program/project metrics tracking and reporting
- Comfortable formulating technical solutions that adhere to development standards while satisfying stakeholder requirements and exceeding expectations
- Defining and delivering high quality solutions that are the result of working within a fast-paced environment
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional verbal and writing skills, including editing and proofreading skills
- Strong technical presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management software
