About the Program:
Students will learn the key concepts of Business Analysis which includes learning how to enable changes in an organizational context by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. Study materials include a guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) which is a set of tasks and techniques that are used to perform business analysis. The program is divided into modules that include: 1 - Business Analysis Fundamentals: (a) Learning how to gather requirements from stakeholders and documentary sources; (b) Learning how to analyze, diagram and model requirements; (c) Learning how to present requirements effectively and gain acceptance; (d) Learning how to manage requirements assets after the project is complete. 2 - Using Software Applications: (a) General purpose applications - students will be introduced to MS Office Suite, Basic SQL, Visio. 3 - CBAP and CCBA Exam Certification preparation  This module is designed to enhance essential employability skills for individuals that are preparing for employment.
