- Strong communication and written skills
Minimum of 8-10 Years of Experience with L2 Production support
Previous experience in Level 2 Customer care functional production support is an added advantage
Good understanding of Incident Management and Problem management
ITIL certified ( preferred)
Should have experience on Unix basic commands and PL/ SQL
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Should be comfortable for weekend support as per rotation calendar
