Job description:

•             Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or applicable work experience.

•             5+ years of development experience using TIBCO AMX Business Works 5.x/6.x, BW Adapters Enterprise Message Service, Designer/Studio and other TIBCO suite of products.

•             Solid experience in managing and monitoring TIBCO using tools such as TIBCO Administrator, HAWK and API Management / Mashery.

•             Expertise in Java, JMS, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL, XML technologies, GitHub, Jenkins and Unix/Linux shell scripts.

•             In-depth understanding and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Micro-Services based solutions.

•             Hands on experience developing complex services/solutions based on Enterprise Integration Patterns and Coding best practices.

 

Job Title: STB tester

Location : Irving, TX

Job description:

•        At least 4 years of experience in manual testing - strategy, design, execution analysis and reporting of Set Top Box.

•        Experience in preparing Test Cases, Test Reports, Test plans, Test closure reports.

•        Knowledge of back end services for a Set Top Box.

•        Knowledge of Video delivery in Cable industry.

•        Knowledge of the features like VOD, DVR or Pay per View.

•        Experience in Log analysis and Splunk is a plus.

•        Basic understanding about micro services and REST APIs is a plus.

•        Experience in ticketing systems (like Jira) and triaging tickets/ issues.

•        Experience in feature/performance issues and resolution with development teams.

•        Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

•        Strong co-ordination communication and analytical skills.

•        Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment with offshore coordination

Job description:

The POS Systems Analyst is a key team member responsible for the documentation and support of POS systems, Fuel control system and credit authorization processes. The position provides customer support to the core areas of client Store Operations, Fuel Pricing and Fuel Operations, Call Center, Marketing, Treasury and Sales Audit.

Principal Duties:

•              Utilize analytical and problem solving skills to investigate, research, document and resolve technology issues and user problems in a timely and courteous manner. Escalate problems as required.

•              Maintain support documentation with up to date processes and procedures.

•              Support batch/data polling processes.

•              Act as secondary customer request interface for services. Evaluate and prioritize incoming service requests via Applix and/or vendor incident systems (if applicable).

•              Provide operational support and analysis by investigation, documentation and resolution of technology issues.

•              Participate in and make recommendations in the development and maintenance of processes and procedures and standard operating procedures.

•              Provide effective communication to development and user community regarding issues, solutions, planned meetings, etc.

•              Proactively share new learnings with others in order to improve organizational efficiencies.
