Role : Scrum Master
Location : Charlotte NC
Duration : Long Term
• Manage Agile teams and facilitate scrum cadence ceremony meetings : Daily stand-up, Sprint planning, Sprint Review/Demo and Retrospectives. • Maintain the status of the stories in Agile JIRA tool and track estimated hours and burn down hours. • Facilitate Backlog grooming sessions and story estimations. Manage Sprints to ensure User stories are completed within the allowed duration. • Manage Product review sessions to share demo with product owners. • Ensure team is on track with their commitments to the current sprint. Support the team by removing all impediments and blockers • Review QA and UAT test strategies, including regression and integration testing. • Review and report progress/status to the client leadership team on weekly/daily basis.
