Job Description / Responsibilities:
* Experience developing and designing applications using microservices architecture
* Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch and REST services
* Experience with at least one of the development tools like Git, Gradle, Maven, Sonar, Jenkins, Artifactory etc
* Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka or ActiveMQ
* Experience with web application servers like Tomcat, WAS etc
* Experience with TDD, JUnit/Mockito and Devops practices
* Extensive Experience in Design and Development of applications using Java/J2EE Technology
* Agile project experience along with working on Agile tools like JIRA
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice To have:
Understanding of Source code management strategy, Branching models, CI-CD pipeline and best in class tools for the DevOps tool chain.
Knowledge on Java script frameworks such as Angular/React will be a big plus.
Broad understanding of Cloud computing and deep expertise of working with one vendor: AWS / GCP / Azure.
Understanding of UI & UX design fundamentals
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes and Microservices is a plus.
