JOB SUMMARY:
Strong Java Developer with 4-5 years of Experience. His primary responsibilities would include coding, Unit testing. He should have worked on Agile methodology and should able to integrate with various squad teams within the project. Should be capable of proactively picking up user stories and understanding requirements/dependencies. He should be having experience in working with external teams as well. Should be good communicator who can raise impediments at the right time.
Some basic understanding on Agile metrics would be an added advantage. Flexibility to move around squads and work on test stories at times should be required.
