Salesforce Technical Lead
Eclaro is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead for an opportunity for our client in Albany, NY.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to engage with business subject matter experts to solution business needs
  • 5+ years' experience developing directly on Salesforce/force.com products using APEX, Visualforce and SOQL.
  • Experience developing in Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with web services (SOAP or REST)
  • HTML, JQuery and CSS experience
  • Experience Managing production updates/releases
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tool
  • Experience mentoring less experienced developers
  • Salesforce Certified Developer a plus
  • Experience with JIRA a plus
Tasks & Duties:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a more junior developer on the team
  • Provide help and support for internal and external users
  • Work with management, business SME's and end-users to develop and transform requirements into systems design and implementation
  • Work with management, business SME's and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
  • Manage Integrations with PeopleSoft, SQL Server Data Warehouse and other external data sources
  • Develop customization and development of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, triggers, etc. where there are efficiencies or improvements to be gained, and drive to standard functionality where there is not.
  • Assist in focusing the end users on pre-built capability over custom code
  • Configuring user profiles, role hierarchy, sharing rules and security
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Communicate and apply future Salesforce releases and enhancements. Provide recommendations to improve the release process including implementing automation where possible
  • Work with the team to develop and implement recommendations for process improvements and resolutions to difficult operational and technical issues
  • Support and improve the existing software development life cycle including design, development, testing (QA and UAT) and deployment
