Job Title: Power Bi / Servicenow Analyst
Location: Atlanta GA

Job Description:-       

• 3-5 Years of experience in developing BI applications utilizing SQL server, Power BI.
• Strong experience in data analysis, design, implementation, data modelling using on-premises Microsoft SQL server.
• Good understanding of security (PKI / Data / DLP / Encryption)
• Technically proficient with the design and implementation of MIS solutions and toolsets specifically Service Now.
• Recommend optimised solutions, think outside the box and be innovative.
• should work independently with standards, guidelines and adheres to processes.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands on experience of SQL server, Power BI, T-SQL, DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot.
• Should have prior experience in creating complex hierarchies and manage complex SLA calculations with configurable KPI parameters.
• Should be individual contributor and work with minimum guidance. Should be able to decide when to use DAX, Power Query, T-SQL to achieve desired results.
• Should be able to visualize data using custom visuals of Power Bi, depicting complex hierarchies, drill down.
• Should be able to understand business requirement, convert into technical solutions, perform documentation and ensure deliverables with 100% accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving skills, customer focused and result oriented.

 
Skills

• Knowledge of SSIS is desired to understand data transformations, however implement them using Power Query module of Power Bi.
• Expert in T-SQL, handle complex joins, CTE features, create hierarchies, functions.
• Configure Power Bi gateway. Should be able to write functions in Power Query and knowledgeable in Power Bi data flow, gateways.
• Parse and cleanse any data connecting to multiple sources using Power query module of Power Bi, understand clear difference between in memory and direct query mode, should be to write complex power query functions, create date calendar.
• Given complex DAX, should be able to convert it into Power Query or T-SQL to ensure query performance.
• Should be Power Bi expert handling complex table relationships.
