Job Description:

 

Minimum Qualifications

·         Experience

·         3+ years’ experience working in IT Quality Assurance and/or Testing environment.

·         2+ years of experience coding in C, C++, Java or working with quality assurance and testing tools preferred.

·         2+ years’ experience testing web applications including websites with dynamic content managed by a Content Management System (Sitecore experience a plus).

·         1+ years’ experience working in the healthcare/medical environment preferred.

·         Experience working with agile and scrum methodologies.

 

Digital Quality Analyst
As key member of the Client Success team, the Digital Quality Analyst has broad responsibility for supporting the strategic quality objectives of client Digital team. The Digital Quality Analyst works in partnership with all teams across the Office of client, focusing on quality and testing development and continuous improvement activities throughout the solution life cycle.
The Digital Quality Analyst contributes expertise in quality, testing tools, automation development, crowd-sourced testing, and system functionality to develop, execute and manage system test assets for the full scope of products and services developed and delivered by the Client Office of Digital.

Responsibilities Include:
Develops, publishes, implements, and executes test plans.
• Reviews requirements and design for testability.
• Develops overall project test estimates and resource plans for large scale projects and enterprise programs.
• Develops and maintain schedules for quality assurance activities with durations, effort and resources as part of a project or program schedule.
• Plans and manages administrative and strategic testing aspects of large complex enterprise projects and programs.
• Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
• Participates in the project and software development life cycles and applies appropriate test methodology.
• Identifies testing risks and contribute to the overall management of project risk plans and escalate issues pertaining to quality and schedule appropriately.
• Manages testing issues and the resolution process throughout the life-cycle of the project; research and analyze options and make recommendations to the appropriate decision-makers.
• Ensures test coverage through quality review of test assets and automation design and use of risk analysis.
• Plans for, obtains and manages test data and environments.
• Collaborates with project team to define and document test data, scenarios and scripts in alignment with business and system requirements.

The IT Technical Analyst III – Integration Testing role serves a critical function as the key quality assurance advocate and engineer for complex integrations between web and mobile applications and internal enterprise systems. Ability to quickly grasp business needs and assess impact to IT operations and systems. Responsible for actively participating in the technical requirements analysis process, developing strong working relationships with business partners, and building knowledge in assigned area of technical expertise. The testing engineer must have the ability to successfully support multiple projects within the subject area. This includes the ability to build test plans, ensure functionality is testable, scalable, and repeatable. The testing engineer is responsible to complete all tasks and associated documentation within committed timeframes, and effectively communicating across teams and all levels of management.
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements or needs, and actively participate in the testing and delivery of a technology solution and its required supporting artifacts.
• Analyze application and/or process workflow, and create data workflows, if appropriate.
• Prepare integration testing plans.
• Ensures the technical requirements and design solution meets the business requirements through the use of thorough testing procedures and tools.
• Recognize scope limitations and raise potential scope issues as they relate to testability, while supporting the best technical solution design and approach.
• Identify issues and risks and work with the product management and technical teams to report and resolve critical issues.
• Works on medium to highly complex projects or enterprise-wide assignments.
• Participation in on-call rotations and/or after hours project activities as directed by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, or Business discipline or equivalent experience.
• Requires at least 4 years’ experience as a QA engineer, business, data, or technical analyst.
• At least 4 years’ experience in a healthcare or hospital/medical related industry.

Required Skills and Experience
