Job Description:

HCL’s Data Scientist will lead Marketplace Analytics discovery and the development of a Marketplace Analytics capabilities roadmap that move the business towards a state of deeper and more diversified insights for improved understanding of customers, stores, markets, and future opportunities.
The Marketplace Analytics will be to develop secure, scalable and actionable data-driven insights of customer, store, and market level behavioral demand.
These analytics will focus
1) Potential Sales
2) Profile and Segmentation
3) Key Drivers and KPIs.
HCL’s Data Scientist will also develop the business case for other use cases will be refined through the Marketplace Analytics Roadmap and will include Demand Forecasting, Demand Fulfillment, and Inventory Forecasting.
The Marketplace Analytics Roadmap will represent stakeholder equities, vision, and validation of business cases that identify, prioritize, and sequence recommendations for analytics use cases to address functional analytic gaps, in-flight initiatives and future aspirations for understanding and shaping future customers, stores, and markets.
HCL’s Data Scientist will capture high level investment needs, operating model implications, and compare a future as-is versus to-be journey in this roadmap and its supporting documents
