Ø Business Analyst with minimum 5+ years in Sales Order Management in Retail/Consumer Packaged goods (RCPG) industry
Ø Strong Ecommerce experience with B2B and Vendor Management functional knowledge
Ø Knowledge of end to end Order Management, Product assortment, Pricing etc process knowledge
Ø Experience on leading industry tools like Sterling commerce, Manhattan, Magento etc is desirable
Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make oral presentations
Ø Strong critical thinking skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ø Pro-actively develops and delivers presentations, reports as required by the client.
Ø Works closely with business partners to engage, capture requirements, coming up with solutions specific to client needs.
Ø Manages ad hoc projects based on business partner or client requests.

Job Description:
Mandatory Skills: - Claims, EDI, HIPAA, SQL
· Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug
· Experience in performance monitoring.
· Good knowledge of Performance tools and metrics and measurements.
· Builds and maintains a scalable, portable, configurable automated testing framework designed using COTS and open-source tools as required.
· Builds and maintains performance testing strategy and framework.
· Front and back end performance testing, including WCF/API testing.
· Performance, load, concurrent user and stress testing development, execution and publishing results.
· Test environment configuration/management.
· Extensive troubleshooting in distributed/High Availability environments.
· Design and build intelligent test systems that can simulate production load traffic.
· Evaluate system performance establishing baselines and identifying relative change on a build / release basis and potentially per customer basis.
· Perform capacity, scenario, and endurance tests.
· Analyze scalability, throughput and load testing metrics against test servers.
· Execute performance optimization experiments and recommend short and long term plans. - Measure, report, and recommend performance Response Time Guidelines/SLAs.
· Experience building Performance Benchmarks and workloads, performance analysis, and tuning
· Experience with defect tracking tools and test case management systems.
· Experience testing in a cloud-based environment is a plus.
· Proven track record of success implementing a performance test organization.
· Should have good knowledge of working in Agile
· Ensure quality and consistency across the full scope of project
