Role:  QA Lead

Location: Boston,MA

Duration : Long Term Contract


Duties and Responsibilities:

    At least 5 years of experience establishing and evolving QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
    Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, implementing best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
    Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
    Coordinate test creation with a cross functional team of business analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
    Experience with Selenium or other automation frameworks.
    Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
    Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution.
    Respond to all requests from internal and client team members in a timely professional manner.
Responsibilities:
    Understanding System & Modules Creating Test plans / Modifying Test Plans
    Developing Test Data for Functional / boundary cases
    Test case execution & filing defects
    Identifying test cases that are automatable (After Automation Framework is ready)
    Test Case Automation using identified framework, tools & technology
    Developing auto test scripts and push them into regression
    Analyze Auto test failures and fix the test scripts
    Define and implement automated QA testing process for Salesforce CRM and Mobile (Hybrid and Native) applications.
    Identifying test cases for Smoke test & Execution
    Defect Validation/Verification
    Provide any support needed for production release.
    Tracking Quality Metrics & Reporting's
