Duties and Responsibilities:

          Cisco Call Manager

          Cisco Unity connection

          Cisco emergency responder

          Cisco unified contact express

          Cisco Jabber, WebEx, Voice gateway:  SIP, MGCP.

          Cisco Protocols : SIP,MGCP,SCCP, H323.

          Cisco VCS controller & express way.

          Telepresence server MCU(codian).

·         Role and Function : BAU / Operations / T&M : Incident Management / Change Management / Problem management / project work like migrations , build and deployments
